    Sourced from the Hillside Block of 60 year old bush vine Grenache tended by Marcello Brini in Blewitt Springs, a sub-region of McLaren Vale.

  • WINEMAKING

    This parcel was split into two ferments and this wine is a 50/50 blend of those two ferments.  One was fermented with 15% whole bunch and spent 17 days on skins.  The second had 50% whole bunch included and was on skins for 22 days.  Both were gently pressed to old French Hogsheads for 9 months maturation prior to blending.  Bottled in February 2026.
