Sourced from one of the earliest planted Nebbiolo Vineyards in Australia, this Adelaide Hills Nebbiolo is a classic example of the variety. The nose exhibits violets, rose petal, and a touch of tar. The palate of dark cherry, further hints of rose petal, lead to a long, savoury, fine tannin finish. Drinks well after 4-8 years of bottle age and will continue to develop and intrigue for many years. Carefully cellar with confidence for 20 years.
