    Soured from prestigious vineyards in the McLaren Vale region in South Australia.

  • WINEMAKING

    Roughly a third of the fruit was fermented as whole berry, the balance fully crushed prior to 15 – 30 day ferment on skins in headed down open fermenters.  Pressed to French oak for 9 months maturation prior to blending and bottling.
