Is there a fee to join Vino Varney?

No. It's FREE to join Vino Varney, but you must purchase one of the subscription options to be part of the wine club.

How do I join Vino Varney?

Joining is EASY! You can join online. Simply visit the Vino Varney Wine Club page, select which subscription product you would like, go through the payment process and then you will be signed up to Vino Varney.

When will my wine be delivered?

You will be sent your first subscription wine pack within 2 business days of ordering. You will then receive a regular delivery of wine, depending on the subscription plan you chose (either 3 monthly, 6 monthly or 12 monthly).


Shipping timelines are estimated to be between three (3) and ten (10) business days within Australia.

How will my wine be delivered?

Depending on your location within Australia, the shipping company will either be Australia Post or Fleurieu Logistics. You will be prompted to provide any specialty delivery requests, or your parcel can be left in a safe place at your delivery destination. Alternatively, the parcel will be taken to a local post office for collection by you (the customer) at a more convenient time.

Do I pay for postage and delivery?

No. All Varney Vino Wine Club members receive complimentary shipping on ALL orders, including subscription packs and other orders placed through Varney Wines.

Can a Vino Varney subscription be delivered overseas?

Currently, the Vino Varney membership is available to Australian residents only. We can ship wine Internationally, please shop here now.

Will I be reminded about my next order?

Yes, you will receive an email notification reminding you that your wine order is due to delivery soon.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can adjust details in your "Manage My Account" section. You must create a "Customer Account" to be able to manage it.

How and when will I be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of the first order. At this time, your first order will be dispatched within 2 business days for delivery.

Your credit card will then be charged in coordination with the subscription schedule that you (the customer) choose, either every 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. The dates you choose will be an anniversary from the date you place your first order.

Can I cancel my Vino Varney membership subscription?

We ask that you (the customer) finish your commitment of the 12 month subscription. Once this commitment is complete, if you would like to cancel, please contact our friendly team at Varney Wines on hello@varneywines.com.au.
